Dual Language Learners Learn Best Through Play!

Help me give my students a creative classroom experience through hands-on play! My new carpet will enable students to interact with one another while learning a dual language, side by side with their classmates.

This project is fully funded

My Project

Mt students are dual language learners and have special education needs. The items found on the list will help students interact through play. The carpet will allow students to be creative during center time. This will enable students to interact during phonics lessons with the new resources that have been provided through this project.

Each item will be loved, valued, and significantly used by my students.

Many of our materials are used and broken. Next school year, this will enable my students to have access to new materials that will help them thrive in their new 1st-grade classroom.

My students experience housing and food insecurity, abuse, and violence. For some, school is their safe and happy place. The phonics games, art supplies, and puzzles listed on this project will allow students to experience happiness, safety, and fun in my classroom.
