This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our scholars are special and unique because they come from a low economic background. Our scholars are first generation English language learners, but they have the heart of gold! The English language is tough to master, but they will not give up. They are resilient as a World Series champions. Our community is suffering the current pandemic of Covid 19. However, in this spite of the pandemic that we are currently living , they are ready to learn and soak up all the knowledge they can.
My Project
The dry erase board with the dry erase markers and eraser will help each student have their very own board to work out math problems, or practice their spelling words for language arts. We can no longer share due to this terrible pandemic therefore our students need their own learning tools.
Practice makes perfect and these boards are the answer to our problem!
The students will be able to carry their dry erase board, marker, and eraser in their backpack plus use it at home as well at school.
This will give our students a different medium and motivate learning.
