This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have been teaching in an urban setting for over 2 decades. Unfortunately, some our surrounding suburban districts receive more funding than a city school. With these dry erase boards I can engage students in their learning.
I am hoping to get some basic classroom supplies to help my math students become actively engaged in their learning.
Dry erase boards are a fantastic classroom resource.
Students overwhelmingly prefer doing their work on them rather than traditional pencil and paper. I am able to use the boards for small group instruction, whole class review games, and independent work time.
