My Project

I have been promoting this World Music Drumming Program at my school for a number of years now. It is a fun, worthwhile program that teaches students aspects of self control, working together, and cultural equity. It is also a "hands-on" physical movement activity which requires concentration and patience, which are all skills that my students will benefit from practicing! I am starting to see a change in students' attitudes toward my music classes now that I have incorporated this program into my curriculum. Please help me "scale" this project up to reach a critical mass of students at my school!
