My little learners are so creative and curious, and their brains and bodies are always moving. I’m excited to introduce a few new tools for them to help regulate their bodies, both by learning to play the guitar and drums.
Music is such an amazing way for children to regulate, using the rhythm to calm and soothe their busy bodies.
In preschool, I feel it’s most important to give these amazing kids as many tools to help them regulate as possible. Not every tool will work for each child, so introducing a variety will set each of them up for success, not only in academics but in life.
