This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This is my first year as director of bands for my high school. In the short time that I have known my students, they have already shown me that they are passionate, hard-working, and excited for a challenge.
As I step into this new role, I want my students to be able to experience new equipment as well!
Our marching band is already rehearsing for our season, making do with what they have. New sticks will not only physically help us, but help our confidence on the field as well.
