Drum Pads and Sticks for Comfortable Volume Rhythm Practice

Help me give my students practice drum pads and drum sticks for drum practice at a safe and comfortable volume level. Also, a pedal for bass drum, finger puppets for bilingual singalongs, automatic tuner for class stringed instruments.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We love drumming in music class but our classroom is right in the center of the main building which makes it is too loud for all of the kids to drum together at the same time. Please help us get a class set of drum practice pads and drum sticks so we can all practice rhythms together at a reasonable volume so it is not too loud for the kids, or the adjacent classrooms.

Additional supplies for this project include finger puppets for the younger kids to use for bilingual singalong activities, a pedal for our class bass drum, 3 alto recorders to complete a full class set, an automatic tuner for getting our class set of ukuleles and all of the other instruments in tune quickly, and more.
