This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing children and they are always ready for their next challenge. They are always looking for new ways to help each other.

They walk into my classroom every day ready to learn and excited to explore and discover what the new learning will be.

They come from hard working families and are always ready to learn, explore and challenge themselves.

Our classroom is always filled with laughs, conversations, discussions and acceptance. My students are caring and always looking out for each other.

My Project

Students are always looking for new learning experiences in the classroom. The use of cuisenaire rods is multi-purpose manipulative used for daily activies in the classroom. The drones and these manipulatives will allow the students to learn coding with the drones and to collaborate with each other.

By donating to this project, you will help students utilize the math manipulatives to create obstacles, use the drones to fly through the obstacles and collaborate with their peers.

Students will then challenge other groups to complete their obstacles.

Students will have the opportunity to interact with other students through the use of technology.
