Help me give my students chapter books to have the opportunity to read at home.

My Students
My group of second graders is eager to learn and grow, but we need some help! My elementary school is located in a small, rural area of our county. Many of my students come from low socioeconomic households and struggle with learning. Very few are fortunate enough to have access to resources to help provide learning support.
Because my school is a Title I school, our access to such resources is minimal.
However, they do their very best to provide as much as possible. That's why I'm hoping that I can give my students new opportunities for learning through this project.
My Project
Giving my students more chapter books in second grade will help to increase their interest, as well as, increase their opportunity in reading. Having books of their own and of their interest will help increase stamina by keeping them entertained during independent reading. I also want my students to have plenty of resources to be able to read at home. These books will also help to encourage my struggling readers by giving them a goal to strive towards. I would love to have these chapter books to help continue my student's love of reading!
Nearly all students from low‑income households
