My Students

A typical day in my classroom is very busy and productive.

Students love to learn and are eager to do hands-on activities in the classroom and in the laboratory setting. "Opportunity is often missed because it is disguised as hard work."

My students are from a tight-knit, rural community who love to show their school spirit and attend many activities provided by our school. We have small classes, and students get along well with each other. Our school shows pride through hallways and has a good school spirit.

My Project

Materials we are requesting are to aide in refurbishing our irrigation drip line that we grow potted plants on. Items that we are requesting are more tubing to replace old materials and also drip emitters that have been accidentally broken and need to be replaced.

"Plants do not grow merely to satisfy ambitions or to fulfill good intentions, they thrive because someone expended effort on them."

Growing plants is a great hands-on approach to learning about plant science in multiple classes, along with our elementary who may want to help with the summer upkeep of the garden growing area.
