Dream PE-Experience

Help me give my students a wide variety of new games and activities that can bolster their learning, engagement, and enjoyment of physical activity and health education! With these items it greatly increases what students can accomplish!

My Project

From, hockey to flag football all of these items allow me new avenues to help engage and teach my students (PreK-5th) how to safely and confidently move their bodies in new ways! It allows me to expose them to new means of exercise and hopefully inspire some of them to try new things! All of these items will go a long way in aiding the experience of all 500+ of the students that I see. The tunnel will help me create a more immersive obstacle course for the younger kids. While the flags will give the students a new and fun way to not only play flag football but many other tag/chase games! The hockey pucks implement a long handled striking aspect that is hard to incorporate without the proper equipment. The large balls give the younger students a greatly improved chance at learning how to strike an object either with their legs or even volley it with their hands! The cups give me a number of new ways to set up relays, games both indoors and outdoors that allow students to challenge themselves through new and improved ways of moving! My favorite is the sportime steeplecourse set that opens up many new doors for challenging my students in almost every single way, from throwing to aiming to kicking to precision movements and more. It truly does so much for these students to have every single piece of equipment that they can use so they may get the most out of their time in PE. It also allows me to stretch my teaching muscles and provide these students with a variety of different activities with all of these pieces of equipment! I truly hope to use these items in the future and enjoy a fruitful year of activity in PE!
