Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would like to enhance my students' experiences in computer science by introducing physical computing.
My students have diverse interests and learning styles, making hands-on tools like microbits particularly effective.
Microbit kits provide tangible tools that students can manipulate and program. This hands-on approach helps reinforce theoretical concepts in programming. Working with physical devices like microbits tends to increase student engagement. I would like my students to see immediate results of their programming efforts to boost motivation and interest in computer science.
I would like to enhance students' understanding of programming concepts, electronics, and problem-solving skills.I would like my student to create and design new applications.
