My school is very rural and very high poverty. My students are technologically advanced, but only because our teachers put emphasis on 21st-century skills. Teaching junior high and high school students is one of the greatest privileges I've had in my life to date. I love spending time with them, helping them learn, and watching them be successful. My Project
I have a great interest in digital drawing in my art classes. I have an award-winning computer artist that had to buy her own. If she would have had this in class she would have been able to do so much more.
This drawing monitor will provide a technological aspect that we lack here in our rural art class.
We have a lot of good computers and we have Adobe Creative Suite, but we do not have any tablets for use by the kids. This will allow my digital artists something they may not be able to afford on their own and they can use.
