This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very creative and enthusiastic. Although this year has been really crazy, their positivity is undying. They are determined to continue to learn and to create whether going to the classroom or at the comfort of their own home.

My Project

These drawing materials are the basic needs of the students in building their foundation in Art. I will be teaching Drawing 1 and Drawing 2 next year and expecting a huge class for each. During this current pandemic school year, students had to take home some of the class art materials. It is a good thing that they were able to successfully finish their projects at home. However, some materials were not returned. This coming year, we would like to be prepared with enough class materials so their opportunity to continue their creativeness won't stop whether they are in the classroom or at home.
