This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Creating a dramatic play center that goes above and beyond my students wildest dreams will give them the opportunity to pretend, imagine, and be creative. Within this center students can pretend to be anyone and anything! This is a very powerful experience for our little learners because it is a center that promotes high-level thinking, problem solving, and turn taking. Not only are these skills important in a school setting, but they're skills that students can take into real life scenarios.
My students would love and appreciate every single item on this list making their time in the classroom an experience they'll never forget.
Our program is new to the campus, which makes our classroom new with minimal materials. Bringing the happiest place on earth to our classroom would make those shared experiences with friends worthwhile.
