it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My project is to help students learn to have financial and personal responsibility by incorporating classroom jobs using the classroom economy program.
The Classroom Economy program is designed to teach financial responsibility to students through engaging, real-world economic activities.
Students learn the principles of money management, budgeting, and responsible spending by simulating a functioning economy within the classroom.
As they perform their assigned jobs, students will help manage the classroom and, in the process, learn valuable skills—such as responsibility, the value of saving, and delayed gratification—that they will carry with them throughout life.
The items I am requesting will help get the classroom economy started. These items will assist students in maintaining a record of their rental payments-purchases, rewards, fines, income, and yearly taxes. These items will also help students perform the required duties of their assigned job. Some of the requested items will also be available for sale as a reward for being responsible. Your contribution will not only help students increase their understanding of financial responsibility but also personal responsibility, classroom management and classroom cleanliness.
