My Project
In third grade, I love to give my students new books to read. We have had a great year having a monthly book club. I have been lucky to give each student a new book each month. We spend an afternoon reading the book, discussing the author, plot and details of the story, and usually have some kind of project or activity around the book. This year we had the opportunity to begin reading a series written by a local author. We were able to read two of the books and then meet the author!
I would love to be able to give my students the next book in this series!
I would love to send them off to summer with a book for them to read. Every student has loved reading about Molly and her adventures in the lighthouse.
As a teacher I love watching my students learn and grow. This year, I've loved watching their love for learning grow!
