Don't Drown Your Food

My Project

My students need to learn about proper nutrition. It's nearly impossible to get students to eat vegetables, especially if they are dry. It's my hope that providing a few options for condiments will encourage them to eat more vegetables. I believe eating a more complete meal at lunch will help students remain focused and productive throughout the day. Students with disabilities and special needs require extra help sometimes.

Extra condiments will give me an opportunity to teach students about portion control and how to use condiments to compliment and enjoy healthy food rather than smother it.

My goal is that my students will eat more of the vegetables offered at lunch without drowning their food.
