My Project
We utilize technology everyday in our classroom! Teaching at a rural, low-income school, I am on a mission to teach more STEM to my students, and in doing so, I need updated technology to meet my students' needs. My desktop freezes constantly and it takes away crucial teaching time because we are waiting on it to load. Each resource I provide is carefully chosen to meet their diverse learning needs. Whether it's hands-on materials for kinesthetic learners, engaging visuals for visual learners, or interactive activities for collaborative learning, every tool serves a purpose. Books encourage a love of reading and expand their understanding of the world, while technology and manipulatives make complex concepts more accessible. My goal is to ensure that every student feels empowered to learn, explore, and succeed in their own way!
This new desktop and rolling desk will make a huge difference in how I support my students!
The desktop will allow me to efficiently plan lessons, create engaging resources, and access digital tools that enhance learning. With a faster, more reliable computer, I can incorporate interactive lessons, manage student progress, and provide timely feedback.
The rolling desk will give me the flexibility to move around the classroom more easily, bringing my workspace to where students need me most. Whether I'm conferencing one-on-one, guiding small groups, or demonstrating a concept, this mobility ensures that every student gets the support they need in a more personalized and engaging way. These resources will help create a more dynamic and responsive learning environment!
