This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am excited to share a project that aims to enhance financial literacy among our students by creating a student store in our classroom.
The student store will provide a practical learning experience where students can apply financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, and decision-making.
By engaging in this initiative, students will gain hands-on experience in managing money, setting prices, and understanding the value of goods.
To make this project a reality, I am seeking donations to support:
Inventory: Purchasing items for the store, including school supplies, snacks, and educational materials.
Educational Resources: Providing materials that teach financial literacy and effective store management.
Your generous support can significantly impact our students' understanding of financial literacy by offering them a real-world application of their learning.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to invest in our classroom. Together, we can equip our students with the skills they need to succeed.
