Help me give my students incentives to include for Dojo Day. 4th graders earn Dojo Day at the end of each month after they accumulated their dojo points they have earned for perseverance, helping others, participating, etc.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students accumulate dojo points each day throughout the day. Some of the points they can earn are being positive, showing a growth mindset, helping others, on task, participating, perseverance, quiet transition, responsibility, teamwork, etc. Students accumulate their points and at the end of each month they can cash out their points. Students have to pay "rent" each month but after they pay their responsibilities, they have the opportunity to cash them out for some incentives such as snacks, stickers, pens, etc. They also have the opportunity to save their points for the next month in order to cash them out for a bigger prize.
Dojo day has been the most effective form of classroom management in my years of teaching.I have felt this has been the best form of classroom management that I have tried.
It promotes positive behavior, fosters motivation, and teaches them responsibility. It is a start to financial literacy and responsibility with "money" as they have to pay their "bills" such as rent first before they buy what they want. It also teaches them the responsibility of saving. Last but not least, they get rewarded for doing the amazing work they do each and every day. Overall, it’s a form of delayed gratification. They do the amazing work each day in order to receive rewards at the end of the month.
