Help me give my students a document camera to make differentiated learning in my classroom more accomodating to the students' who need help following along with the teacher.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Bostic's classroom raised $625
This project is fully funded
My Students
My classroom involves 18 students total. We use technology in the classroom with smart boards, and we are getting brand new Ipads to use for our new reading program.
In my classroom, we do not have a Elmo, or document camera, to project textbook pages, assignments we can do together, the teacher's Ipad, to show them how to work the programs at one time.
Our location is a small coal town and funds are limited. With your help, my students will be able to view textbook pages, the teacher's Ipad and other projects all at once, instead of the teacher walking around individually, allowing the teacher to save quite a bit of time.
My Project
I have students in my classroom who need extra help following along with the teacher and need to be able to see what is being written on notes and answering questions.
The document camera will be used to accommodate them and also to enlarge pages for those needing vision accommodations.
The teacher will use it to project pages onto the whiteboard so the students can follow along and be able to fill in on their pages what they need. I can also use it to project items for science on to the whiteboard and zoom in closer so the students can get a closer look.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
