My students love to learn, but sometimes they need extra support in an engaging way. The Secret Stories Phonics supplement introduces sounds and phonograms in a fun way that will help learning stick for my scholars needing a different approach to help with reading.
Secret Stories helps students understand the "Why" letters make the sounds they do.
Explanations follow the Science of Reading to logically make sense of phonograms. They use engaging terminology such as "Superhero Vowels" and "Sneaky Y to teach the why behind the sounds.
Every poster displays phonograms and on the back is a very engaging story that helps students understand the sounds, but most importantly, remember the sounds. I am so excited to have this project funded because what students don't love listening to stories.
