My students need a hi-fidelity pair of stereo speakers, and digital jazz music to enjoy!

My Students

Spring is here to stay, and so is the hot air, humidity, and restlessness that comes with them. What to do for antsy students? Music, of course!

My learning support students' two favorite springtime indulgences are dance and jazz.

Is the room too sweltering to focus on the topic at hand? Just channel excess energies into the cooling, soothing pulse of American jazz standards from the 1950's and 1960's.

My Project

Our learning support room already has earphone technology, but what my students need is to move: it's tough to whirl and twirl to Horace Silver's oeuvre when you're tethered to a laptop computer by a set of earbuds. Our room also has a perfectly good stereo receiver and CD player, but no stereo speakers.

The Sony stereo speakers will make a huge difference in sound quality and volume.

Just in case my students enjoy these tunes a little too much, we've ordered a service warranty for these speakers, as well. What's not to like about jazz, and spring? Nothing!
