My students need 1 Amazon Echo to stimulate class assignments, challenge them in daily trivia as well as use for classroom daily activities. This echo will allow us to do higher level thinking, quizzes and daily assignments.

My Students
My students are eager to learn, ready to work hard, and high achieving. We live in a very small rural town and our high school is full of hard working young men and women. My students are student council leaders, computer science, accounting, and newspaper students and they complete projects on a daily basis. I also have student council projects with 40+ members. We complete numerous things on a daily basis and need this project to make us more efficient.
My Project
My project is a request for one Amazon Echo. This project and technology would challenge my students daily! We could use it for newspaper class ideas, classroom trivia in all 6 sections of my classes, as well as daily classroom activities and updates. It would be a new approach in my newspaper class and a fun way to do trivia in my others. Changing the approach and allowing us to receive immediate up to date information makes class fun, challenging, exciting, and up to date. This project would do all of these while continuing to strive for high expectations! My students are high achieving but high poverty and some of them will never have access to items like this project would allow them to use.
