My Project
My eighth grade students are working on deepening their understanding of the texts they are reading. They are a wonderful group of kids who are putting forth their best efforts in class to continue to learn. An ongoing strategy we have been using in our classroom has been annotating.
With these new tools, they will continue working on this essential skill and use color to increase their engagement. Annotating will be so much more fun. They will now be able to use various color pens and highlighters to identify vocabulary, important ideas and so on.
