This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have an extremely diverse English as a Second Language classroom. I will have 26 students walk through our classroom door in a few short weeks. For most, this is their very first time in school.
The materials I have chosen for this project are chosen after careful consideration.
Some of my students will have never left home. Some of my students will speak very little or no English. I would like to make this transition as seamless as possible. Therefore, I have chosen items that will reflect our diversity and accentuate how beautiful we all are!
