This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are attempting to expand our school library at our school. I am choosing collections of books that will help my students who are reluctant readers, low-level readers, students in need of social-emotional learning, or students who just want to read something that they truly relate to in every way.

With your help, our library will have something for everyone.

We have students who are differently able, students who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, and students who have challenges that only adults should have to experience.

We want our students to feel included, represented, and accepted for who they are, inside and out.
