Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I get the opportunity to work with students who need extra support in the classroom and I also get to teach students about diversity, inclusion, social emotional skills needed to be successful in school and in life!

The items I have listed for my students serve as encouraging visuals for them in the classroom.

These students come from all kinds of backgrounds and it is my hope and goal that this project will provide an environment that feel welcoming and safe for our students.

Currently, the classroom that has been provided for our students for years is in much need of some fixing up or remodeling. A few of the items listed in my product will help lighten the classroom so that it feels like a space you actually want to learn in.
