Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have a diverse group of students. They come from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, but in our classroom, we are all the same. They each bring their beautiful smiles and tender souls to class each day. They embrace our classroom culture and put forth their best effort.
They are great learners and their excitement for learning shines through them each and every day.
My Project
Our classroom is made up of a diverse group of students, each with their own individualized set of needs. A one size fits all curriculum does not always support their needs for their style of learning. With this funding I will be able to provide resources from the Teachers Pay Teachers website created by educational professionals that will allow for differentiated instruction in all subjects. These resources will not only meet their needs, but they will also provide a variety of hands on activities that will increase their engagement; and with increased engagement, comes increased success!
