Help me give my students sensory items to help them regualte thoughout the day. Sensory bins to learn in a fun and engaging way. A book shelf to learn how to properly care for books.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me support my students in my special education classroom. They have diverse academic and sensory needs. The items I am requesting will help to meet some of their diverse needs and elevate their classroom experiences. I hope to give my kids a place where they can easily access books and learn about properly caring for books. I hope to give them some sensory items to help them regulate and sensory bins to help them learn academic content in a fun and engaging way. A rope to walk on will help them learn about spatial awareness and how to properly walk in a line. My students are special because they all have diverse needs and they love to learn new things in a fun and engaging way! I have some of the sweetest students who enjoy coming to school and learning each day.
