This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to make sure that my students can relate to the new books that I add. That is why I want to make sure my library is diverse. Students spend a lot of time reading, and I am sure they would really like to see children like them more often in these books. These books will be used during independent reading time, and I will also allow students to borrow these books to take home. I can't wait to help my students get started.
