Diverse Classroom Library

Help me give my students a fun and diverse classroom library that reflects who they are and their different reading levels!

My Project

I love my student's eagerness to learn, and these books will give my students access to reading at different levels in and outside the classroom. My students come from a variety of backgrounds, but many are falling behind in reading and do not have the ability to read at home. We spend thirty minutes everyday reading independently to foster literacy awareness and give the kiddos opportunities to read what they enjoy.

Many of my chosen books reflect the various levels of learners I have.

I've included picture books, graphic novels, and chapter books. Many of the books feature heroes who either look like my students or have similar stories to what my students face outside of school.
