Diverse and Inclusive Art Experience

Help me give my students a diverse art experience! colors of the world crayons, adaptive scissors and calm down tools.

My Project

My students are from many different backgrounds and we are a rainbow of colors. When creating self portraits, students will feel included if they can find a crayon that matches their skin tone. The colors of the world crayons will allow them to create accurate self portraits.

Adaptive scissors will help our friends who need extra help cutting.

The flexible handles make cutting easier for friends who don't yet have the skills to use standard scissors.

Cool down materials will help our friends who need a break to collect themselves. We have a calm corner where students can access fidgets and other items to relax their bodies.
