Help me give my students the power to learn from a distance with a whiteboard and markers to continue teaching my students from the comfort of their homes.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our school is located in the heart of South Los Angeles. My students are often exposed to gang violence, poverty, and broken homes. However, none of this stops them from wanting to achieve their best.
My students are in the 4th grade.
Despite the many hardships they face daily, they attend school with smiles on their faces. My students are eager to learn and work hard at being their personal best!
My Project
With schools being closed I need a whiteboard and markers to continue delivering lessons to my students. The whiteboard would make it easier for my students to learn from a distance because I will be able to demonstrate my lessons for them. I will use the whiteboard to keep my students learning and engaged during these difficult and uncertain times. The whiteboard will also help me plan and deliver lessons more effectively. Students will be able to follow my virtual lessons as I write on the board. The whiteboard is essential in every class. So please help me teach and support my students.
