Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Amazing children learning to be bilingual in a multicultural environment. I have 21 students of which almost all live in low income households. Some do not have internet access so I would like to have materials that I could create activities for them to do at home.
My Project
I am providing at home learning to my students via the internet. Some of my students don't have internet so if I would like to access materials and take pictures of activities that students could do without Internet. Items such as books, anchor charts, letter and number index cards and crafts with supplies would make teaching and learning more accessible. I would love to have all of these items for my students, but I do not have the money at this time to purchase on my own.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
