Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are TK/K students from a Title I school. As we begin distance learning I want to help keep my students engaged with the appropriate materials needed to learn at home! I will be creating kits to be used during school hours.
My Project
The materials will help my students stay engaged during distance learning. It will give them the foundation tools to increase their fine motor skills to help them learn to write! The materials will also be used during math and science as well as during PE and art. Most of the items have many uses and will exciting to use throughout the school day. Supplies are very limited at most of my students homes so this will help give them the materials needed to complete their work at home. Thank you!
