This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach at a school where students are taught on-site three days a week and are home schooled two days a week. We have a strong sense of community as teachers and parents collaborate to promote students success.
"Every child is born creative..
...The challenge is to keep that creativity alive."- Kristina Webb
These students are fearless and thrive when they have a variety of tools to engage with. Although each student's learning environment differ greatly from each other, they are united in our classroom.
My Project
Many think distance learning will negatively affect students both academically and socially, But, with strategically selected resources from TPT, created by amazing experienced teachers, students can continue to collaborate with their peers and learn twenty-first century skills while getting the best education at home.
From playing “Who wants to be a Millionaire” on Zoom for a test review, to digital stations created to learn about Ancient Civilization, students will thrive with the help of TPT resources.
Teachers wear many hats and a Distance Learning Guru hat is now one of them.
