Help me give my students speciments for dissection in a fun and engaging zoology class.
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. Kirakosyan's classroom raised $749

My Project
These students are a unique group of high school learners who are interested in zoology and anatomy. Each dissection specimen I am requesting will provide them with hands-on learning experiences that are essential for deepening their comprehension of biological concepts. By dissecting real specimens, my students will be able to directly observe and explore the intricacies of animal structures, which will make the theoretical knowledge they gain in class come to life. These resources will allow them to practice critical thinking and problem-solving skills as they identify different organs and systems, fostering a more profound understanding of how life functions.
My goals for this project are to create an engaging and interactive learning environment where students can apply what they have learned in lectures and textbooks to real-world scenarios.
These dissection specimens will give my students the opportunity to work collaboratively, sharpen their observational skills, and develop a deeper appreciation for the diversity of life. What makes my students special is their ability to take on challenges with enthusiasm and a desire to learn. These specimens will help bridge the gap between theory and practice, allowing them to become more confident and competent in their scientific abilities.
