My Students
The elementary school that I work at is such a special place! Our students come to school each day ready to take on another day of learning. I am proud to say that every staff member at my school strives to provide the best place to learn for our students.
My goal is to create a school and classroom environment that is inviting, engaging, meaningful and full of passion!
My classroom is a safe place where learning is fun but adds meaning to their lives.
My students are the most enthusiastic group of students I have had yet. Each and every one of them brings something unique to our classroom. Thanks to your donations, I will continue to be able to do whatever I can to help my students succeed and move on to be successful members of society!
My Project
Hands-on learning is, in my opinion, the best way to learn! This year my fifth graders have been engaging in various hands-on experiments. I have heard numerous times from my students- "I love science!" Being able to instill a love of learning for a subject that I am so passionate about has been very rewarding. I would like to continue to provide these opportunities for my students using the materials in this project.
My students deserve a hands-on dissection full of learning opportunities.
This project will give us the supplies to do frog and owl pellet dissections. While we are fortunate to already have the specimens, we are in need of the materials needed to perform the dissection. Thank you for making it possible for us to do these dissection experiments in fifth grade!
