Displaying Our Students' Genius Work for Rich Discussions
Help me give my students many lightbulb-moment inducing syntheses for problem-solving tasks with technology (iPad, Apple TV, etc.) that can instantly display their work for rich discussions.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are genius. They come in with a wealth of knowledge and experiences. Not all walk in with a positive math identity, but I make it my mission to help them realize that we all are mathematicians. My students are open, kind, silly, and brilliant. They want to make the world a better place for everyone where we all uplift one another. They inspire me to do my best every single day.
My Project
Through distance learning, our students have become adept at using technology. I want to continue using digital tools that have encouraged students to show their thinking. Tools such as Desmos have opened up doors for even the shyest and most introverted to contribute their genius to class discussions by displaying their work. An iPad coupled with an Apple TV will help me to be mobile in selecting student work to display instantly and begin whole-class discussions without delay.
By donating to our project, you will help us save precious class time by helping us get to the whole-class discussions more efficiently; students consolidate and extend their learning through our whole-class discussions, which will increase student achievement.
