This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Through this project I want to engage my DLI 4th-grade students with hands-on STEM activities that enhance learning and foster a love for science and technology.
These materials will provide interactive, hands-on experiences, allowing students to experiment with scientific concepts like magnetism, electricity, and simple machines.
This hands-on approach helps reinforce theoretical knowledge through practical application. Furthermore, they will encourage creativity and problem-solving skills as students design and build structures, fostering an understanding of engineering principles and teamwork.
The goals of this project are the followings:
-Enhance Engagement: By using interactive materials, I aim to make learning more engaging and enjoyable, capturing students' interest in STEM subjects.
-Develop Critical Skills: The project will help students develop essential skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and perseverance.
-Inspire Future Innovators: I want to inspire students to pursue further education and careers in STEM fields by showing them the exciting possibilities.
Each student has the potential to be a future leader or innovator. This project aims to unlock that potential by providing them with the tools and experiences they need to succeed.
