My Project
My students are a precious bunch who hunger to learn. Almost half of the school's population are Second Language Learners, others are in homeless situations, most have parent who are unable to provide basic school supplies or headphones.
Headphones have become a basic necessity, as students are using more technology in daily classroom setting, for small group learning, and targeting student's individual needs, such as phonics, phonemic awareness, and practicing other listening skills.
My students also take most of their standardized tests online, where instructions are read in different languages.
