Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The Designer's Club empowers students to explore their creativity through various design projects. However, our current 8-year-old laptop and outdated design software are significant roadblocks. Students face constant frustration with slow processing speeds and frequent crashes, making it difficult to work on even moderately complex designs. The outdated software also limits access to current design tools and features necessary for creating modern, high-quality projects. Furthermore, the computer's insufficient storage space forces students to constantly manage and often delete their personalized project files, hindering their ability to iterate and develop their designs fully.
A new MacBook would provide the essential processing power, reliable software compatibility, and ample storage needed to support their creative ambitions.
This upgrade is crucial to allow students to design, save, and print their innovative projects without technological limitations, fostering a more productive and engaging learning experience.
