Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach in NJ. Most of my students don't have technology at home so I am here to try and help my students find ways to complete online assignments. My students have the willpower to become successful adults after high school and I want to give them to the tools to do so. My school is a magnet school for high educated students who want to go to college and do great things. With these tools I believe they will.
My Project
The materials in my project will be used for the digital tech club that I created at my school. The students will be using technology to learn and to develop music and other video projects. The microphone will be connected to a laptop and the application garageband to create music videos and other fun videos. Recently I got a iPad Pro for the club and the apple pencil will be for the students to create album covers!
The first project will to create a school song and video to create a school wide cuture for the incoming freshman to buy into.
This is will them a taste of what the school is about and how we can learn and grow as a school.
