Help me give my students an Ipad so when we are working in "small groups" this year we can work on a digital whiteboard together so they can get the 1 on 1 instruction that they need.
My students spend two hours a day with me for math and science. They gain confidence in my class as they are working on hands on activities, that they love doing! My students are very engaged when working on STEM activities! They sometimes even surprise themselves with the wonderful ideas that they come up with when working on these STEM activities. They come in each day wanting to learn and do their best each and everyday. This year had been a struggle to work 1 on 1 with my students but we are making it work with the technology that we have. My students are so thankful and excited when we get new materials in our classroom.
My Project
My students are working on their Chromebook throughout the day while we are in school. When my students are home from school they still log in and work with the class on the assignments for the day. If had been very difficult to maintain a 6 foot distance while helping my students with their math work.
An IPad with a pen would help me create videos and work on a whiteboard app to work with students 1 on 1 to assist them in their learning.
Using an IPad would allow us to work together while I can write clearly with the IPad pen.
The IPad would allow me to clearly made videos and tutorials for my students to refer back to while they are working or if they are at home. I can also work with students while they are working on math equations to help correct any errors they are making.
