My Students
My students range in age from 6-8 years-old. These wonderful, imaginative little minds are ready to soak up all the information and fun they are going to experience in my classroom.
My students deserve the best education they can possibly get.
They are an amazing group of kids who work hard every day.
My school has a very diverse climate in which socio-economic factors play a major role. Our free and reduced-price lunch population is 75%. Student enrollment is currently at 513 children. not including preschool enrollment. Approximately 53% of the population are male and 47% are female. About 4% of our students are in the gifted and talented program, 13% are considered homeless, and 14% of the school receive special education.
My Project
I will provide digital resources that can be used in google classroom in order to help my students virtually. With the pandemic my students have been home and no in person schooling.
These resources, from the Teachers Pay Teachers website, will help my students reach their education goals at their homes during this pandemic.
These resources will be accessible to my students at home with their virtual classroom experience. I will be able to help my students more through their google classroom with these resources. During this time my students deserve the since of normalcy and this is a way I can give it to them.
