This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 4th-grade students are from East Harlem in New York City. They come from diverse backgrounds and learning levels. This is an ICT class with many students having Individual Educational Plans and others are English language learners. Many of the students also qualify for free or reduced-price lunches.

What I love about my students is their passion for learning, excitement to explore, and their ability to support each other in positive ways.

These students amaze and inspire me daily. They deserve equality and the opportunity to continue to grow and achieve their dreams.

The materials offered on Teachers Pay Teachers will help plan and execute rigorous lessons and differentiated games and activities for students. I use the ELA and math slides so that students can access every lesson both in the classroom and online. Students and their parents can see what the lessons of the day or the unit are in a creative, visual, and informative way. The materials on Teachers Pay Teachers also make it possible to differentiate instruction and meet the many needs of the students.
