My Students
I am a blended kindergarten and first grade special/general education teacher. The blended learning model requires me to teach not only in person but also online. My students are learning how to read and write both in and out of the classroom. I am constantly trying to find ways to keep them motivated and encouraged to learn when they are in the classroom and at home.
My Project
A Teachers Pay Teachers Gift Card will help provide my students with engaging lessons when they are in and out of the classroom. Shifting over to digital learning has been a struggle and I want to make it as engaging as possible. There are many activities that they will be able to do in all subject areas that I teach (ELA, Math, Science and Social Studies). Not only will I be able to purchase digital activities for when they learn at home but I will also be able to purchase necessary worksheets to complete when they are in the classroom.
