Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We recently started a craft club on campus to give our students the opportunity to do some hands on STEAM activities. We are learning about different technology and need a high function computer to download the Cricut Design Space to make unique and beautiful artistic creations.
The craft club members will be able to use the Cricut Design Space on this MacBook computer.
They will design and create images and lettering for shirts, mugs, and bags. This platform will allow them to use all elements of STEAM. They will use technology to create, math for measurements and sizing and Art to bring their designs to life. The Macbook will also be used to create sublimation images to be printed on our sublimation printer. In order for our craft club to run smoothly, it's essential that we have a computer that can handle the design spaces our students need!
